Let’s get serious. Paul Ryan’s budget wasn’t a real answer to the deficit challenge the first two times he proposed it, and it isn’t a real answer now, either. We need smart, targeted cuts — and we need both parties to commit to working together to find them.
We need a real plan, not the Ryan plan.
